- Competitive Compensation: We are pleased to offer a competitive starting salary range of $37,440 - $41,600 annually for fully qualified teachers, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Qualified candidates will possess a BA/BS in Early Childhood Education and at least 1 year of experience working in licensed child care.
